Color looks different in person? Size not quite right? You can return within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the return label.
Three steps
- Email us at support@everlanoo.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- Get your label — we send a free prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Ship it back with the carrier on the label.
Condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging, including any belt or accessory that came with the dress. There is no restocking fee.
Received something damaged or incorrect?
Email us a photo of the item and its inside label. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund, and you won't pay for the return.
Swapping a color or size
Mention the color or size you want in your email. If it's available, we'll arrange the swap once your return is on its way; if it isn't, we'll refund you instead.
When you'll see your money
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the item arriving at our returns warehouse. Banks and card issuers usually take a further 3–10 business days to post it. If you're returning because you changed your mind, the $7.95 delivery charge isn't refunded.
Cancelling
Changed your mind before it ships? Email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we'll cancel it.
Our returns warehouse is at 3714 Bluestein Dr, Suite 700, Austin, TX 78721, United States. It only receives parcels sent with an everlanoo return label and is not open to visitors.
