Where does my order ship from?
From our partner warehouse in China. Allow 11–17 business days in total — 3–5 to prepare, 8–12 in transit.
What's the order cut-off?
6:00 PM MT, Monday to Friday.
How much is delivery?
$7.95 per order; free on orders of $60 or more after discounts.
Will I be charged duties or tax on delivery?
No. Duties are included in our prices and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Which addresses can you deliver to?
The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C., including P.O. Boxes (via USPS). Not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, unworn with tags and original packaging. The return label is free.
How long do refunds take?
5–7 business days after the return reaches our warehouse, then 3–10 business days for your bank.
Can I change or cancel an order?
