Here is exactly how an everlanoo order reaches you — no surprises.

When does the clock start? Orders placed by 6:00 PM MT on a business day (Monday–Friday) count from that day. Anything later, or placed on a weekend or holiday, counts from the next business day. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carriers can add time.
Price of delivery
$7.95 for the whole order. Spend $60 or more (after discount codes) and delivery is free. Our prices already include import duties, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival, and no sales tax is added at checkout.
Delivery area
Addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We can't deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. Box addresses are accepted and are delivered by USPS (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes).
Tracking your parcel
You'll get an email with a tracking link when the carrier collects your parcel. If tracking looks stuck, email support@everlanoo.com and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
